SHIPPING
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post in HERO Compostable Packages with tracking for a flat rate of $10. They do not require a signature on delivery, however if you would like Express Shipping you can select this upgrade at checkout. If you require a signature on delivery, please contact us for additional information.Please allow 1-2 weeks for Australia wide standard shipping - especially in busy periods.
International Parcels are also shipped via Australia Post in HERO Compostable and re-usable packages with individual rates loaded at checkout. These are flat fee rates no matter the weight of the parcel. Delivery on these parcels is approx. 10+ business days.
We endeavour to pack and post all parcels within 2-3 business days after purchasing, however as we are a very small team, sometimes there can be a delay. All shipping notifications are sent via email or SMS to your preferred contact number.
