Returns Policy

Not Your Baby offers refunds on damaged or faulty items only. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind orders. We can however, offer a store credit for the price of the item when it is returned in the same condition to when it was received (i.e. unworn and unmarked).

If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@notyourbaby.com.au first for the return address, and to confirm that your replacement is in stock. The customer is responsible for the payment of postage back into HQ. Please post back using a tracked satchel, as we are not liable for any returned items lost in transit. All items are to be returned within 14 days of customer receipt.
